The eROSA Project consortium (INRA, WUR and Agroknow) proudly announces the release of the "Roadmap for a pan-European e-Infrastructure for Open Science in Agricultural and Food Sciences".  

The roadmap is the result of eROSA project’s work over the last 17 months following a participatory process which involved relevant agri-food communities through the organization of three main stakeholders’ workshops organized in June 2017 (Montpellier, France), November 2017 (Wageningen, Netherlands) and May 2018 (Athens, Greece).

Following eROSA’s second Stakeholder Workshop, eROSA is launching an open call to collect case studies on specific societal challenges, related research needs, as well as data & ICT challenges that should be addressed to support those needs, in order to achieve Open Science in the agri-food domain.

These case studies are key as they will support the identification of the services that the future e-infrastructure for agri-food science should provide.

The eROSA project is developing a roadmap towards global e-infrastructure services for agri-food research.

In order to do so, the project has developed a map of the data ecosystem in agri-food to identify all stakeholders that are involved in the development of such services.
